Set version of RPi for all known revisions (#138)

Improve support for RPi 1, 2, 3, add support for Zero, Zero Wireless and the Compute Modules. Removes rpi.Version since it doesn't make much sense anymore, as it more closely related to the CPU than the actual board. Fixes #139
